Marsha Ramroop discusses Cultural Intelligence (CQ)

Marsha Ramroop is the Director of Inclusion at the RIBA. Towards the end of 2021, Marsha hosted RIBA Radio in November which focused on the cultural intelligence and how this could be utilised and integrated in effectively into the workplace to enable a more constructive, positive, and hopefully more successful team of staff.
