Andy has over 30 years of industry experience in both public and private sector building control bodies. He regularly lectures for professional institutions and clients on a wide range of technical and legal subjects. He is a member of the CICAIR ltd various Committee's relating to the regulation of Approved Inspectors and is Vice Chairman of the Association of Consultant Approved Inspectors (ACAI). Andrew is co-author of The Building Regulations Explained & Illustrated (14th Edition) Willey, 2017.
